In late 1964, the Factory 1.6L Type 616/16 flat-four motor was manufactured with a 9.5:1 compression ratio. This engine boasts the highest output of the 356 pushrod engines, with a factory rating of 95hp at 5,800 rpm. It was taken from a rare Carrera 2 Cabriolet and has all three matching case pieces and its original carburetion configuration, the Solex 40 PII-4. The engine is in good condition and runs smoothly.
